I think one thing thats not talked about enough is how CHW training shapes the way people solve problems in real situations, not just in classrooms. Building a professional identity can help workers speak up with more confidence when working with different communities. At the same time, sharing experiences between CHWs seems just as important as formal lessons because every area has different challenges. Training should keep changing as community needs change too, instead of staying the same for years.

One thing I found interesting here is the focus on professional identity, not just CHW training itself. Community health workers often build trust because they understand local needs in a way that formal systems sometimes miss. Training can help turn that experience into skills that are easier to share with healthcare teams and community partners. I also think the ��long game�� idea matters, since a single workshop wont create lasting change. Ongoing learning and support seem just as important as the initial training.
